Positive Excellent hotel and restaurant - at a price. If you are not accustomed to the pricing in Michelin-starred restaurants, the prices may come as a shock, but the prices were within range for this exemplary standard of cuisine. The bed and breakfast cost was Negative Although I speak a bit of German, there was little knowledge of other languages among the staff. In particular, the rather specialised descriptions of the the menu were rather beyond me, so I had to take the courses on faith (which was amply rewarded). Th
