Fines Bayliwick Hotel (Berkshire)

Each individually designed en suite bedroom at Fines Bayliwick has tea/coffee making facilities and satellite TV. Many original period features remain at the hotel, including charming old fireplaces.

Late Check In:

If you are planning on checking in after 11pm please notify the Hotel as to activate the late check-in procedure. The reception closes at 11pm.

Booking terms and conditions:

Bookings can only be made by persons aged 18 or over and must be guaranteed by a credit or debit card. If the guarantee or payment is made by a third party on behalf of the Guest, written permission must be sent to Fines Bayliwick by the third party authorising us to charge the card on the Guest's behalf. Until such authorisation, Fines Bayliwick will not be liable to honour such booking.

Non-Refundable bookings terms and conditions:

For non-refundable bookings, a full payment will be taken at the time the booking is made. This payment is non refundable and non transferable. If the payment is declined for whatsoever reason or the credit or debit card is not under the Guest's name then the booking will be forfeited and the room may be re-sold. The Hotel will not be liable to hold such booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 12:00 on the first day of the stay. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a full charge. If the first night of a multi-night stay on any rate is missed, that night will be charged for, and the rest of the reservation may be cancelled. The room will be re-sold and the whole booking forfeited. No refund will be provided. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled without charge.

 Shuttle Service terms and conditions:

The Hotel Shuttle Service is available exclusive to our Business Guests Monday to Friday between 7am – 9am to your local office, provided it is in a radius of five miles.
