Luxurious, 3 bedroom, 120m2 apartment in the very center of Warsaw right next to Narutowicza Square, 1km away from Radisson Sobieski Hotel. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a prewar apartment house. Building very well maintained, there is no elevator.

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – one with shower and second with bath and Finnish sauna. Spacious living room with large couch, coffee table, TV, commode, carpet and a fire place. From the living room there is a direct entrance to the kitchen connected with dining room. Modern, nicely lit bathroom with bath, Finnish sauna, wc and a large washbasin.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, double oven, fridge, pantry. Flat consists of 3 bedrooms – one with large double bed, 3-door wardrobe, second wardrobe with a washing machine, bedside table; second bedroom with a double bed and separate bathroom and working desk; third bedroom with a working desk and a folded double sofa.
