Negative I had to change rooms because the room I got in the first place was gloomy, noisy and the heating could not be regulated. Positive Staff were very friendly. Negative Room needed re-decorating , cobwebs on ceiling , damp smell in hallways. Mugs were not clean. Breakfast - nice selection however it was evident the food had been left out for a while

Positive Price was good, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good Negative Room had not been cleaned thoroughly previous guests litter on the floor. No milk for the tea. No biscuits either( not sure if there should have been). Very skimpy on toiletries. Housekeeping needs sorting

Positive The reception staff are pleasant and woukd do anything to help you Negative The cleaning staff need sacked they never hoover your room, they never change the bedding, they only come in make your bed fold used towels up and put them back and expect you not to know. Positive Reception staff and night shift people really nice Negative The cleaners of the room never changed the bedding never hoovered my room, towels tgat were used were just rolled uo and put on shelf for me to use again, sink and bath not cleaned sny day of gge week i stayed.
