Positive Good front office staff. Warm, friendly, cooperative. Negative The motto of the hotel appears to be: Couldn't Care Less. There is no thinking in the room furniture, or in making the customer comfortable. The Indian food in the in-house restaurant is rubbish. I'll not recommend Cairn to my worst enemy. Thank you.
