Our Apart’ hotel is located in Toulouse city centre, less than 1km away from Toulouse-Matabiau train station. In front of the residence, you will find convenience stores, restaurants, cinemas, theaters… Discover the Place du Capitole - 5-minutes walk from the hotel - with its City hall and its archways, bridges over the Garonne and its romantic quaysides as well as the Saint-Sernin Basilica and the Jacobin Cloister.

Our residence offers you 104 accommodations from two-person studios to one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. Each studio or apartment provides a fully-equipped kitchen area (microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge), a TV with satellite channels and a free Wifi internet access. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge.
