Positive I stayed here while attending a conference in the ExCel centre (May 2015). This hotel was ideally located just a short train trip away from the ExCel centre. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location was great for shopping (after the conference)

Negative I like continental breakfast with cheese and marmelade for me. In the hotel marmelade is served in big glasses and evrybody can take some marmelade out of it. This isn't hygienic, better would be small glasses with marmelade, schocolade, honey etc.
