Positive Good location for visiting attractions in Manhattan. Negative Room was very small. They promised to provide a bar fridge which didn't materialise.

Positive The staff was very courteous and professional. They helped keep my stay stress free. Negative Paper plates, plastic forks and cups during breakfast was not desirable. The selection could be better as well. Especially considering th ecost to stay there.
