Positive The staff at reception was nice Negative I had to stay in this hotel for 2 weeks. The tea kettle was not cleaned and had to request 3 times to get a cleaned kettle. The bathroom had the stick on soap container which kept on falling and the the housecleaning did not fix it.

Positive good and clean hotel. a lot of value for 3 star Negative a lot of headache because of wrong booking. brakfast was not included in final booking. hotel did not agree with hotel.de. eventually the manager gave us our free breakfast. why did it take 3 days??
