Positive - Rich TV offer including sky channels Negative - Room was only cleaned sketchy. Pretty much dust eg. on pictures and coat rack - Internet really slow, most of the time unusable - Room in the ground floor near entrance was pretty noisy

Negative sehr klein Zimmer, klein Fenster mit kaputter Rolette, keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu tauschen (check-in Automat), Koch oder Kelner hat sehr fruh im Hof sehr laut! durch Telefon sehr lange unterhalten/ sich mit jdm gestrichen - alles konnte man zu hören.

Negative reception was very impatient and harsh, the room very ugly, very bright lights, smelly bathroom, overheated, breakfastroom dirty, on a hostel-level no hotel quality

Positive Breakfast was al lin all quite good. Nothing special but more what I expected after the unpersonal welcome the night before. Negative yes, it was near the end of Oktober-Fest, but too expensive and too anomymous. I check in late and all I found was a terminal to get access and to pay the invoice. I felt very unpersonally treated. Not what I expect or usually experience.
