Free for you Free Pay TV is available in the hotel room. Courtesies, for instance a free newspaper delivered on a daily basis, are to be found in all of the rooms. Parking is located directly at the hotel for free. You can take our shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the train station. You can also use the free internet terminal to check emails and Facebook. Our hotel's wireless internet can be used in the spacious public areas. Make yourself at home Our lift is available to take you to the upper floors of the homey hotel. The hotel's garden terrace provides an enjoyable atmosphere for its guests. Where you will stay You can pick the temperature that is right for you with the air conditioning in all rooms! All of our hotel rooms feature a desk. Mandatory Fees and Taxes: You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January. A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.225 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old. We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
