Positive Friendly kitchen staff. Negative For a so-called four star hotel, it was basic in every way. It is just a bed and breakfast, nothing more. It is a con to call this a four star hotel. It doesn't compare to proper four star hotels. No kettle for making hot drinks. No iron in the room.
