Positive You can look forward to a quaint hotel in what appeared to be a residential area. I don't think there's much of a room service wherein you can call for anything and there's no lift so if you are carrying heavy luggage then be prepared to lug them all the

Positive My stay was in May 2015. I also stayed here in Sept. 2014. Very clean, simple, and quiet. Excellent location for my purposes. Great value for Heidelberg accomodations. Negative Hotel "staff" is actually the front desk at the hospital across the street. This was quite confusing at first, but once we figured it out, it was fine.

Positive price, free parking (there are quite a few parking spots belonging to the hotel, but you can park for free along the street) Negative The reception is on the opposite side of the street in the hospital, The hotel is located far from the city center, Some pieces of furniture in the room were a bit dusty. Overall, for one night it was quite ok.
