Positive The hotel is very well located in Miami Beach. The Ocean and Intercostal views are priceless.The room accomodations attended our expectations and hotel in general is aligned to the rates charged. Negative With the exception of Mr. Gabriel (General Manager) that was very polite and provided an exceptional reception, the remaining staff can be rated completly the opposite.
