Positive Staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the Hotel was average at best. I would rate it somewhere between a Holiday Inn Express and Hilton Garden Inn in the US. Both restaurants were very good, however. Area is convenient to the Convention Cen Negative Fixtures seemed out-dated and room had 2 twin beds?? This may be a South American thing, but seemed very odd to me.
