Positive Friendly staff and a clean and spacious room with a comfy bed, only 10 minutes walk from Durham centre..... oh and plenty of free parking. Far exceeded expectations for the price! Negative Option of a 'proper' breakfast would be nice instead of a breakfast pack.

Positive Good location, and spacious rooms, comfy bed. Negative it was too expense, because they raise their prices based on demand. So it is impossible to budget any trips in advance. I paid £109, £69 and £48 for each of the three nights I staid, as demand was different on all three. So it feel like a rip-off as you

Positive In walking distance of centre of Durham. Located in the old Gilesgate station. Depsite being near a busy junction, traffic noise was not a problem. Negative There were no negatives.
