Positive i liked the hospitality, staff are nice and friendly. Good listening skills and understanding. Negative went in the room, there was no tissues, dirty towels, i had to take the towel back to staff and told her that i need clean towels. The kettle was dirty with brown marks on it and cups were sticky. i think the standards of this hotel has deteriorated. It n

Positive The location worked out very well for us. It was convenient to shopping, eating and the rail station. I liked the bedding and the firmness of the beds. I liked how quiet the heating unit in the room was, but it didn't do much to heat the bathroom.
