Positive Location only. Negative The hotel room was very small and cold. Breakfast was really poor (yoghurt for 1 pound + some cookie).

9.4 Excellent

Positive Refreshing change from the usual boring old hotel rooms. Lovely to see such creativity. Pot luck as to which room you're allocated which adds to the eclectic feel.

4.8 Appealing

Positive This hotel has heaps of potential. I liked that the odd decorations added character and charm. Our room had an interesting theme. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. But unfortunately, some of the basic features did not pass muster. Negative The bed was possibly the least comfortable I have ever slept on. I could feel every spring pressing in to me; as if they had forgotten to put a mattress on the bed base. The water pressure was bad. The linens were past their prime, thin and faded.

Positive It's a very suitable hotel for a two night stay. Close to Paddington station. Negative In need of renovation. Very dated hotel.
