Positive Nice hotel directly at the shore of Lake Contance. Partially refurbished. Two buildings connected with a interior bridge. Nice clean rooms with shower etc. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Wireless Internet in rooms. Good equiped wellness and fitness Negative Ad hoc personnel at the bar. No free WLAN.

Positive Fitness area and sauna/pool were very good. Overall, breakfast was excellent (see coffee comment below). Negative Had to ask for coffee each time we had breakfast, normally the staff would come over and ask if you wanted coffee at a 4 star hotel. Also we left on the Sunday morning/afternoon for almost 5 1/2 hours, yet upon our return at 1630 hours, the room had yet
