Das neue "Hotel Julia" wurde im März 2008 eröffnet und befindet sich in einem sehr gut erschlossenen Viertel, was Industrie und Dienstleistungen angeht. Nahezu alle Gebäude in der Umgebung sind ebenfalls neu, was folglich das gesamte Viertel aufwertet.

Wir bieten insgesamt 47 Zimmer, die alle mit Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie Klimaanlage, Safe, SAT-TV, Telefon, Internetzugang, Radio und Schreibtisch ausgestattet sind. Nichtraucherzimmer und behindertengerecht eingerichtete Zimmer sind ebenfalls verfügbar.

Positive Room was clean and had all needed facilities except hairdryer. We chose this hotel as it was in a good location considering our business trip. Negative Hotel reception staff was friendly, however in the restaurant the employees didn't know English which made communication difficult.

Positive The hotel is new, great location for those coming for business purposes in the area. Negative In the description it says there's a bathtub, but there isn't. The distance to Ciudad Lineal is more than 200m, closer to 1Km.
