The historical Hotel Altes Rathaus in Scharnhausen was built in 1596 and was used as a town hall until 2001. In 2004, the Denich-Rätsch family bought the building and converted it into a small, beautiful hotel.

Positive Here on business. Nice, clean hotel with most of what you would require. Rooms are fairly small but sufficient for the business traveler. I wouldn't come here with my partner though, unless it was just a place to sleep. The hotel does not have its own Negative Room was small and although I don't need much, some space between the desk and the bed so I could actually move my chair would've been nice.
