Positive I would certainly recommend this hotel which is very convenient, especially that we were taking trains every day. It is not located in the best area of Napoli, but we didn't encounter any problem, even at night. The hotel itself is very nice.

Positive Good price for hotel. Negative Staff unfriendly! We arrive at 22:00 but room was not ready. In room still wast. Very bad area, criminal on street. Railways on windows. Never return to this hotel. Also claim to Accorgrope to staff.

Negative We asked for a non smoking rooms but we got 2 smoking rooms with not chance to change them. The hotel is located in a very ugly neighborhood that seemed to be usafe at night. the parking is quite far away from the hotel (15 min walking).
