Positive Location as 5 min away from company visiting, cost Negative Noise, cost of car parking if using the car park next to hotel, which I couldn't use as I had a van :-(

Positive The management and staff were efficent polite and very helpful. Negative Hairdryer in room was broken and when I requested another there were no spare hairdryers. Not good enough.

Positive The personnel was kind, friendly atmosphere, good location. We have enjoy our stay in Ibis Northampton. Negative The cards allowing the access to the elevators and rooms were not "functioning” , so almost every day we had to go back to reception and ask for “fixing”. Even after the intervention of the reception we spend time in front of the closed door trying to get

Positive Staff very friendly and helpful. Negative Round the back of the hotel there is quite a lot of background noise from air conditioning units. In the summer with the window open it's annoying, in the winter perhaps no so much of an issue.

Positive Hotel is well situated for both the town centre and train station and staff are welcoming. Negative I am a fan of the Ibis chain but this hotel is below their normal standard. My room was sadly in need of refurbishment and it was very cold.
