Positive Receptionist were very helpful and friendly although it was Friday night and drunken guests went in and out all the time. We got our room and didn't here any noice to our room.

Positive the only good thing about our room was the view over the park. Negative we found it very smelly, the toilet was filthy we had to clean the seat before sitting on it, the bath was no better. i would neve stay here again.

Positive some of the staff were very helpfuf as we had a baby and needed hot milk, they made it for us and did not charge for this. Negative the only clean thing in the room was the bed, did not use the kettle in case we caught somthing, the toilet was dissgusting (i have photos) the staff were pleasent but did not seem to know the rules and when we asked one evening for some drinks the declin
