Positive Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and charming - great bathrooms!. Location of Dielsdorf outside of Zurich was peaceful and quaint, and Zuirch city-center was easily accessible by very clean and comfortable commuter train th Negative Not much negative about our experience - Pricing was pretty high, but we found that everything in Switzerland seemed expensive (after having spent a couple weeks in Germany). We couldn't get inhroom frig to work, but didn't try to get staff to fix it, so
