Positive The breakfast in the restaurant is very good. The hotel is well located close to city center, the Railway Station and EY office in Leeds. Negative The noise from the street traffic made it very difficul to have a good rest. The access to the TV channels and Internet is payable. Overall it seems too expensive for the services provided.

Positive Room was clean and served its purpose however was a bit of a let down compared to the very modern and stylish lobby and bar areas. The Staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas I used, reception and bar. Did not eat in the hotel as the location is Negative Not sure if the rooms were poorly soundproofed or I just had an extremely loud neighbour with a blaring television quite late. Difficult to say.

Positive The cleanliness of our room was fantastic, the staff were brilliant and extremely friendly (even at 3am). Negative The late night room service was definatley not worth the money unfortunatley and I feel the room was slightly more expensive than what it offered- having stayed in the executive suite in a rival hotel for only £10 more I felt it did'nt quite match up.
