Positive The staff were nice and friendly, welcome at reception on check-in was warm. Bar was cracking, great atmosphere. Breakfast was nice but as we arrived near to 10am they had no pastries left! Cooked breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel is really ce Negative We wanted to like the hotel more than we actually did. The room was quite disappointing: light above mirror out, room tiny and far too hot, view of internal wall from window, bathroom looked like a basic disabled toilet. Sleep was broken as room too hot.

Positive The White Hart is situated very close yo everything that Harogate has to offer! All the shops, bars, numerous fab cafes & Tea Rooms are within walking distance from the hotel. Negative The room we stayed in was extremely hot, despite the radiator being switched off! You could hear guests returning to their rooms and then the doors being slammed shut! That was quite annoying.
