Positive The hotel location is convenient for us as it is walking distance from the office. It is also nearby metro which makes it easier if ever we want to go the city center. Negative First, I think a "welcome bottle" of water is a must for every guest. There was no welcome bottle of water and when we arrived, it was late in the evening and there is no where we can buy one. Second, I went to the chatroom to give this feedback. The w

Positive decoration, room preparation wi fi network quite fast Negative at checkout it was too slow , with 1 staff memeber answering phones, manning the counter and a line of business people trying to get ready for work and becoming stressed by it. suggestion, more staff at these peak times

Positive A very good 4 start hotel with neat and clean facilities. Good location for the price it offers, near a business district. A metro station is just 5-7 minutes walk-able distance from where you can take a train to Madrid city center. Negative Due to (too) high ceiling of breakfast room, it gets colder than you would expect which gives a bit weird feeling as normally you would expect a warm breakfast area in the morning.

Positive Very close to the subway. The Madrid subway system is very complex and assistance in English is very limited. Buy a Madrid tourist pass to save the hassle. Negative The hotel is situated near shopping malls. The views and nightlife are boring, understant that you'll have to travel at least 30 minutes by taxi to get to the city center.
