Positive The staff at the Abcone were very helpful with trying to sort out or apparently non-existent reservation!!!! Negative Upon arrival to the hotel, we were told that we did not have a reservation, it then took over an hour to resolve this issue, which was a fault of hotel.info for not passing on the reservation! Positive Very close to underground station. Around the station many places to eat. Negative Poor breakfast: toasts, cheese, butter, jam and some musli. English breakfast for additional charge. No smoking rooms.
