Positive overall, people were very friendly, the room was nice, and it is a clean, upscale hotel. Negative The staff in the restaurant is slow. The food is not laid out well (i.e.: can't reach the items at the back, under the glass cover, where the dairy is. The cook was away from the station a couple of times we went up there, and the wait staff was slow.
