Positive Nothing. Negative Horrible hotel next to a very bad neighbourhood. Very unfriendly and incompetent personell, elevators do not work and everywhere is dirt/litter. Avoid this hotel under any circumstance.

Positive The front desk staff were friendly and helpful; Chef Ceasar Allen was very attentive to our problem and very professional. Rooms should have either a stocked bar or refrigerator, needs updating for the price. Negative Bar staff seems disinterested in their customers (slow to offer service) and much more interested in their personal visitors seated at the left end of the bar (witnessed this same thing on two different days and shifts). At breakfast we were served toast
