Positive Very friendly staff, the resort is just fantastic to do all kinds of things for all ages. Negative They only give you one night to dine in one of their event dining rooms.

Positive We upgraded to a ocean view room, which included also a premium club membership with dining in a la carte restaurant, for me one of the best options in Manzanillo, big rooms, clean. Negative I never found an all inclusive hotel, where the restaurant was as good as in an not all inclusive, but the restaurant was okay, but in the pool area not as much waiter as in an non all inclusive restaurant, means most of the time you have to go to the bar
