Positive The location is excellent for business in downtown Ottawa. The room was a little "aged", but all amenities (TV, Bathroom, Bed) had been updated. Negative Could clearly hear conversations in the hallway adjacent to room door.

Positive I really enjoyed the stay at your hotel. the valet parking staff were amazingly helpful, the room was great and well laid out. linens beautiful. Negative the only negative was I asked for two double beds and was assigned a single king - which meant having to go back down to the desk and change rooms.

Positive Location! It's right on the Sparks Street mall, cross street from Justice department and Bank of Canada - 5 min walk to Parliment hill. Great revolving restruant (Merlot) on the top of the hotel. Parking ($20/day) in/out priviledge is convenient. View Negative Building is aging. facilities are worn out. Room is not as big as one would expect of a 5 star hotel. Old tube TV, poor picture quality. Parking is shared with publich parking (less secure).

Positive Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and service in the restaurant Negative A little isolated from Ottawa's restaurant district, and about 1.5 - 2 miles from the SAP offices in Ottawa. You can walk it on a nice day, but it is about a $10 cab ride from the hotel to the SAP offices
