Positive Staff are very friendly and helpfully the speak spanish. The shuttle services work on time and you can take it at the airport for free also there´s a shopping mall near from the hotel with a shuttler services for free. Negative To find out witch is the correct shuttle from CDG it was the Black Line but even the shuttle driver didn´t know. I spend almost 2 hours to get there. you should be more specific and mention that is THE BLACK LINE from CDG.
