Positive The room was at the level of Mercure rooms, clean and enough comfortable. Negative however the check-in attendant was very impolite and rude as have not ever seen before. on top he did not give basics information such as about the problem with power electricity the hotel was facing at that day... when I made a question about he told me

Positive The hotel staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel was close to the Metro and many restaurants were in walking distance. Negative The room was a bit worn such as the carpeting.

Positive The rooms are very nice with modern furniture in good shape. Despite being located rather centrally, with heavy traffic around on several sides, my room was really very quiet. I did not hear any traffic noises and slept very well. Unfortunately I did not Negative I did not get a hotel bill at check-out/departure, despite my explicit request. Although I got the bill emailed on the next day and everything was ok with it, my company prefers to receive an original document for travel-cost reimbursement.
