Negative The rooms are obviously quite variable. I stayed the previous week in a dfferent room that was in good condition but this one was looking tired and in need of repair - furniture missing lamination and not as clean and tidy.

Positive Excellent location although the large selection of restaurants on the marina front is currently restricted by road works. The staff are very helpful. Negative Temperature in the room difficult to control as air conditioning is heat-only in the winter.

Positive Nice hotel and convenient for work. Good hotel with nice bed, etc. Negative reasonable WiFi but not spectacular and only one device allowed. Drinks in the bar were a rip offf (€9 for pint)
