Positive Not a top hotel, renovations still going on that we weren't informed about. Negative Room was not as described. Renovations still going on, Fire alarm falsely went off two mornings at 7.30 am. Workmen walking past our room window on the 6th floor at 8.30 am.

Positive The staff were very helpful dealing with our (pre-stated) late arrival. Negative Building work was being carried out on site. There was a warning for this before arrival but this did not give an idea of the scale of the work. There is major disruption which is covering the whole building and the car park.
