Positive Location is good, right next to train station but surprisingly didn't hear any trains, hotel looks tired and dated. Negative Breakfast was ok,we had cooked breakfast , but service was not so good things weren't refilled when empty,had to ask several times for hot water,butter, fried eggs, orange juice which should of been topped up repeatedly as people were coming and going all

Positive Leaving the hotel. Negative Everything apart from the poor lad on reception who had to deal with the incompetence of the other staff. They double booked my room so I had to wait to see if they could find me another. They downgraded my room to a single room AT THE SAME COST. The room

Negative I asked for a receipt, told, will be ready in morning even though I was leaving early. Night porter told me it would be e mailed, nothing. Have phoned twice, you cannot speak to people, have left message, twice, to phone me. Nothing.

Positive Breakfast was good. Negative bathroom smelled of drains, and needs refurbished. Tea and coffee facilities inadequate. Reception staff unhelpful and unsmiling,I would not stay there again.
