Positive Clean, modern, close (1-1/2 blocks) from u-bahn Negative Small room, in-room A/C unit did not keep up with the heat level. Didn't receive fresh bath towels on 2nd day. Made 2 requests at different times. Finally had to go to reception and get the guy to retrieve towels himself. Garage parking was also very
