Positive I did enjoy this hotel, though my single room was on the top floor, there was help for my bag. I really enjoyed the bar and my dinner there, It was comfortable and not crowded- rather like a living room. Everyone was very helpful. It was also close to the Negative Stairs could be a problem, but with help from the staff this was fine. Everything in the room worked well.I could recommend it to Canadian travellers like me.
