Negative the most basic function a hotel should provide is not equipped. the sink is clogged and dirty, the shower/bathtub and the wash room are not in the same place ( one downstairs and one upstairs), no shelf or towel bar at all in the wash room and shower/tub

Positive Nothing . Never seen such a lousy hotel. Only crazy people make such a hotel. Not at all worth for the money they charge. Negative Converting warehouse into an hotel. Bathroom on upper deck. It looks like a abandoned factory. Not at all worth for the money spent. Even it is free I will not stay their again. It has no hotel atmosphere . The owner is really crazy to make such an hotel

Positive Cool concept and great location for the Live Music Hall. Loved the extras, like Apple TV and soaker tub. Negative Would have liked a shower in the room. People afraid of heights might have a problem with the stairs.
