Hotel is located in the city centre, on the Vistula with the view on the Podgorze District of one side and on the other side on apartments, builds and the old town from the top floors. Walk along Embankments on the Vistula to the Wawel Hill takes 20 minutes. 10 minutes are taking the ride and 25 minutes walk with streets of old Cracow to the Main Market. 10 minutes takes the walk on Jewish District - Kazimierz. Balice airport transfer with A4 motorway is taking 30 minutes. The four-star modernly designed Galaxy Hotel welcomes guests with specific requirements. To satisfy needs of guests hotel offers 3 categories of rooms: the Standard, the Business Class and Suite rooms. It is possible to join rooms. Additionally rooms are equipped with comfortable sofa-bed. These solutions allow for luxurious accommodating parents with children, group of friends or persons with disabilities with carers. All rooms are equipped with LCD, SAT TV, phone, radio, coffee-tea set, mineral water, desk, free access to the Wi-Fi Internet, in the bathroom cosmetics, towels and hairdryer. Business Class room additional equipments bathrobe, slippers, newspapers and laundry and ironing service without extra charges. SUITE room (bedroom and a living room with the bathroom and the additional toilet) - the biggest room in the hotel with additional services included: bathrobes, slippers, coffee express, newspapers, laundry and ironing service. Business Class and Suite rooms are equipped with the safe and mini-bar. Guest can use kiosk-bar equipped with sweets and alcohol and assets to deposit in the safe of the reception. To all guests from 6.30 to 10.30 of every morning a newly ground coffee and a fresh buffet breakfast are awaiting in the restaurant. The restaurant overlooking Vistula River is open from 12.00 to 23.00 and offers international dishes, elaborate desserts and light snacks with 24 hours room service. At guests' disposal are bars: in the lobby to espresso before the trip, in the restaurant to the aperitif before the supper. All guests can use indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, fitness room. The Galaxy SPA&Wellness centre offers various relaxing and body treatments. In the hotel a floristic studio, medical services and a souvenir shop are also available. For youngest hotel prepared a play area.
Due to annual mandatory revision, we inform you that between 15.02-02.03.2017 the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas will be closed. We apologize for any inconveniences.
