Positive - Stuff is very friendly and helpful, - in 2min walk there's a Ubahn stop (~approx. 15min to the Stuttgart city center, train goes every 10min), - there's no kettle in the room, but you can make yourself a tea & coffee on a ground floor in the allocated Negative - my windows were going to the other side of the street, so I didn't have any problems with noise level. Still, one may encounter noise in the room due to the close position to the u-bahn rails.

Positive Hotel staff was friendly. Good accessibility to U-Bahn Negative Room was just next to Tram line, hence high noise level. The rate charged was way too high for the facilities.

Positive Breakfast, cleanliness Negative I was given wrong code to get the lock from the digital box on the day of my arrival and there was no reception at the hotel ( Sunday , 5pm) This troubled me a lot . Hotel staff was irresponsible in this regard.
