Positive Female staff at the reception is excellent. Negative No hotel Limousines, they must be rented in the lobby, but reasonale discount is possile. Internet: in the room is a sign which refer to the reception desk if the laptop is not equipped with a W-LAn device, to collect a PCMCI card. This is not possible.
