Positive The helpfulness of the receptionist and the hotel location very good. Breakfast basic as eggs were cold and drinks not very hot. But very reasonable despite that.

Positive Some of the rooms have been refurbished and are much improved. Got a spacious room on the first floor overlooking Rua Castilho and the main entrance of the hotel. Room had been painted and new furniture had been added what gave the room a clean and new lo Negative The reception staff could be more friendly. One does not feel particularly welcome. Questions come across as a disturbance. As the hotel doors are locked at night time, receptionists do not seem to be very happy to open the doors at night. The breakfast
