3.2 Appealing

Positive Only the location is ok because of the transport means near the hotel like 4 minutes walk whether bus or couple of metro stations. When asked about directions , reception was helpful and supported us with a map. Negative First thing the reception tried to is to give me the worst room they had , that was shocking room , not clean , looks like need construction and maintenance , before placing the bag immediately I asked to change the room trying to be polite by saying I do

Positive Our room had recently been refurbished and was clean and pleasant. The reception staff were friendly and helpful (offering free maps and leaflets). Positive Good location, If you are spending most the time in sight staying then it is good stay. Negative Even though I got confirmation email for my booking when arrived room was not booked how ever there were rooms available and I got one. But it is not good from hotel.de
