Positive Price/performance ratio is great! Location is good with ~5-10 minutes to metro Pigalle. Negative Rather noisy room (which didn't bother me much, but it did my son, for example). The room furniture is old, but if you need just a place to sleep - it's enough, i.e. everything is stable, just looks pretty old.
