There are four types of accommodation:


Standard Suite: up to three people, furnished with great charm and comfort.
Has 21 m² with terrace and equipped network, air conditioning, safe, minibar, cable TV and telephone.


Luxury Suite: up to three people, furnished with great charm and comfort.
Has 36 square meters, equipped with balcony and network, quiet air conditioning, fan
the roof, safe, minibar, cable TV and telephone.

Village Studio: up to three people, more space, privacy and comfort.
It has 55 meters, made with room with balcony, kitchen with service area,
equipped with air conditioning, safe, minibar, cable TV and telephone.

Village Family: up to five people ensuring their well being and your family.
It is 85 meters, ideal to accommodate families or groups of friends consisting of living room with
balcony, telephone, cable TV and ceiling fan, kitchen with service area; suite with balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, with the fourth single ceiling fan   and air conditioning, bathroom company.

Know Before You Go: Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels from Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. Up to 2 children 11 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining). Fees: The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.
