Make yourself at home Our knowledgeable team at reception is ready to cater for your every need at all times. Use the lift to access the upper floors of our comfortable hotel. Our friendly staff will greet you in the lobby. The hotel chef will make your meal even more enjoyable with their charming service. Where you will stay When staying with us, you are provided with a TV (cable) included in every single room. Satellite TVs are provided in each of the hotel rooms. We provide you rooms equipped with an easy-to-use telephone. A refrigerator is included in your room. Please, make yourself a cup of coffee or tea with the waterboiler in your suite. Lounge around in our own sauna. Please be noted that the guests who have tattoos are generally not able to use our onsen / spa facility. We however make it exceptional if your tattoos can be covered with waterproof patches that you can obtain at the reception desk. The size of patches is 8cm×13cm.
