Positive I think the star ratings above cover most things, but without exception, the staff were polite, friendly, welcoming and efficient, easily switching from Italian to good English. I have to say the barman and the young lady in the breakfast room were parti Negative There was a half eaten Tiramasu left behind in the freezer from a previous guest, indicating that although the cleaning staff kept the room otherwise spotless, there is a tiny lack of attention to detail. Positive The room was very clean and the free of charge wireless was working fine. Negative Pretty limited breakfast buffet for a 4 star hotel. No fitness center or pool available.

Positive Great value for money. Fantastic room size and facilities. Good public transport access to the center of Rome Negative Mixed up my booking, so they had to give me a 3 person room with an extra bed instead of the four persons room that I had booked. One of the staff at the reception was a bit rude. The rest were very courtious.
